Welcome to patch 2.0.4 for Vermintide 2.

With the release of the Winds of Magic expansion later today and the start of Season One, we wanted to put in place some design changes in response to your some of your feedback.

We appreciate that moving talents you were familiar with and shifting them behind 5 more levels wasn’t particularly engaging. As such we have moved the Tier 6 Talent row back down to level 30 in response to your feedback. Whilst this might not help those who have levelled heroes already, it should help those still levelling through as well as those without max level careers.

We’ve also made adjustments to the Amulet in that now progress is shared across the entire account, no more need to grind that on a career basis. Any excess essence spent should be refunded ...

Could those with the problem run another file verification for Vermintide 2 and check once more?

After doing some digging it appears that there will be an update later today which should include these translations. Keep an eye out for that and please do notify this thread if they are still missing after today.

Green man is an official re-seller. They will likely distribute keys when we go live, which we don't control. Likely looking around 7pm CEST though based on past releases.

Thanks for the report and sorry about this frustrating issue.

If possible, could you pinpoint any particular areas or spots in each map where this tends to happen? There is a possibility that these spawns are location based - if that is the case then they will be far easier to fix if we know where they happen.

I think there has been a mistake in the patch note description, as the handgun uses the same damage profile on aimed and unaimed shots, so the damage increase vs armour has been bumped from 1.0 to 1.2 on both attacks.
The shots not piercing shields however was a bug and has been fixed internally. Will be in a patch soon.

We have a process. It won’t be immediate but it will sanitise.

There was a very brief time where the backend was throwing up, things look ok at the moment :slight_smile:
