@exodus1337, I share your frustration! Both of these crashes are GPU Hangs. These are our most widely experienced crashes right now and are top priority for us.

Thanks for checking! This isolates the issue to your network. Regrettably, in this situation there isn’t anything further we are able to do. I recommend contacting your ISP and explaining the situation, as they will be better suited to assist.

Having the Steam Overlay enabled is required for in-game transactions.
I appreciate you prefer to play with this disabled, but it will need to be enabled for purchases and then disabled again afterwards.
Sounds like some routing issue. Is one of you able to connect to a mobile data hospot and see if that works?
