Players who previously owned War Thunder on PS4 have access to both versions of the game on their PlayStation 5, and may accidentally launch older version in backwards compatibility mode instead of native one with higher FPS, graphical settings etc.
If you own the PS4 and PS5 versions of the same game, here's how to switch between them:
From the Games Home Screen, go to the Game Library.
Select the game and press X
Select the [...] button on the screen to view options.
Select the version of the game you want to download or play.
Here's a tip: If you are unsure of what version of the game you are viewing on this screen:
"PS4" appears beside the game's title at top of the screen.
PS5 versions only show the title in this area.
A bug has been fixed with the incorrect application of wagers for ranks I-II in naval battles. Now, random aircraft, added to slots automatically, won’t specify the rank of units required in the wager’s terms.
A bug with missed hit effects on destroyed ground vehicles has been fixed.
Changes in the “Invite a Friend” system:
Your friend’s rank II in aviation/ground forces or rank III in naval forces is required to receive the first award..
Your friend’s rank III in aviation/ground forces or rank IV in naval forces is required to receive the second award.
The award for achieving your friends rank III in aviation/ground forces or rank IV in naval forces has been changed from 500 Golden Eagles to 100 Golden Eagles and 300,000 Silver Lions.

They answer everything they can through us as it's our job (community management and staff) to pass it along. On top of this, we have Q&As with BVV virtually every month on the website and Dev blogs every update.
Back in the days of a much smaller community, we used to be able to have a developer on the forum and answer a small topic. But it grew to the point where every one answer spawned 50 more questions and it would eventually take more than a week for developers to fully answer a full topic and all the questions within.
This isn't viable anymore. They are busy people with lots to do. But we have expanded communication everywhere else.

No its fine, but this isn't really the place to discuss it. We are open to suggestions and feedback. Feel free to PM me if you have any more ideas you want to put forward.
Unfortunately not. Since it also contains internal matters and NDA covered content.
We have explored other methods and really no ideal solution that worked (as in from an internal Tech - Dev perspective, as well as Player - Tech) as well as we would have liked.
But we are always looking for new options.
And if you followed the link, to the correct topic rather than continuously taking this one off topic, you would see my response there
I dont know when this became "when will X be fixed" roundup topic, but this sort of thing is really not the main substance of this thread.
If you want updates to specific reports, you can PM myself or any Tech Mod with the link to the report. But we cannot give ETAs most of the time, especially to things that are not actually "bugs" but historical matters.
I also do not see any bug report from you on this matter. So perhaps thats the best place to start, rather than the rumor roundup topic for the next major.
