Other entirely different games can do that as they generally have much longer lead times and have on 1 large singular thing to do like that. We are not going to take that approach, because as we have already explained, active development is a fluid thing. If we put a countdown on the first dev blog and then suddenly the day arrives and the model is not quite finished or there was a last minute issue that means it needs more time, there will be outcries of "you mislead us!" or claims we broke promises. The fact of the matter is we dont want to promise of even give any form of solid timeframe for things before we know for sure.
