We’re currently tracking the following Known Issues:
Testers may receive a Lua error relating to Blizzard_SettingsDefinitions_Frame_Classic.toc when logging into the game.
The World map has some selection and highlight issues.
There may be a LUA error when opening the Collections UI or selecting a new pet or mount.
Minimaps are not working inside a majority of the indoor environments.
This is true, and I’ve removed the reference to it from yesterday’s reply. That was a mistake.
Additionally, please note that Demolish will be cancelable. You can cancel Demolish if you decide you need to move or do something else while unleashing the attacks.

We’ve noticed a few common questions about Colossus, and we’d like to clarify some points.
First, on the flavor, Colossus Warriors are big and mighty, but they are also veterans of countless battles and have the expertise to use that brawn most effectively. They are the fearsome combination of raw physical ability and mastery of warfare that no one wants to face on the battlefield. Mechanically, Colossus will aim to deliver some of the biggest melee hits around, and sometimes those big hits come from knowing precisely when and where to hit their target for maximum effectiveness.
Regarding Demolish:
Demolish is a 2 second channel, and the Warrior is unable to move or use other abilities while channeling, similar to Eye Beam. A Colossus player will have to think tactically about when and where is optimal to use it. This is an intentional part of the flavor of the ability.
Every hit of Demolish will hit hard, so you’ll want to use it as soon...
Kha’damu now recovers less health from his self-healing effects.
As Kha’damu grows in size, he now becomes more susceptible to attacks.
Mildly Irradiated Rejuvenation Potion now also increases Ranged Attack Power.
Enchanted Sigil: Innovation now increases ranged attack power in addition to its normal effects.
Hyperconductive Goldwrap tooltip updated to better reflect how Hyperconductive Goldwrap works.
Tooltips for new ranged, melee, and spell hit/crit stats in Season of Discovery have been updated to be less verbose. The effects were not changed.
Druid
Fixed an issue with Survival Instincts causing Druids to sometimes incorrectly gain health when shifting into Bear Form, Cat Form, or Dire Bear Form while Survival Instincts is active.
Join the path of discovery in Season of Discovery. Players now get the benefit of the Discoverer’s Delight experience buff*, which increases experience gains by 100% for all players through level 39! It’s a great time to join Season of Discovery Phase 2, whether you’re just joining in the fun, or creating and leveling a whole new character.
Players can also visit any innkeeper in the capital cities to turn the experience buff off or on.
*Experience buff not available in other WoW Classic titles or modern World of Warcraft.

Beware the deep shadows, for the dreadlords are the masters of dark sorcery, preferring to manipulate and undermine their enemies from the darkest places. The Unseen are cruel and cunning schemers, adept in illusion and disguise. Now, you can clothe yourself in their raiment when you acquire two color variants in one pack.

This week, we happen to be in what looks like a lull, because so much focus is on behind-the-scenes work. We’re spinning up the next round of new invites to the Council, which means we’ve been cataloguing and vetting and sorting through the thousands of applications. That also means that players who joined the Council in the first couple of months of 2023 will depart, and that’s a different set of behind-the-scenes work.
For the devs, there’s currently a lot of focus on upcoming content that is not yet being publicly examined. That will shift in the coming weeks, as we reveal some things and re-open our public test realms and then comm...
Survival is the name of the game in Classic Hardcore realms, and while you don’t always have to go it alone, you might just want to. You can take the leap into a new adventure in Classic Hardcore with Self-Found mode.
Players can choose to take on this new mode of play beginning at level 1 by selecting the option at character creation. While in this mode, players will be restricted from sending or receiving mail from other players, buying, or selling on the Auction House, or trading in any way (including giving or receiving items or enchantments.) While Self-Found mode is activated, you’ll see a new buff applied to your character. Characters with Self-Found mode on will also show a small icon in the character selection screen.
