There are gates in front of ICC and the Frozen Halls (where the three dungeons are) that cannot be opened currently.
We’ve set up an NPC at Krasus’ landing that will port you into ICC. Peletort can also be found just outside of ICC.
In addition to Icecrown Citadel, we have several other features which will soon become testable, and others that will arrive in a future PTR update.
Testing begins at 2:00 p.m. PDT. The raid will close at 2:00 p.m. PDT on Friday, September 1.
We’ve opened the 3.4.3 PTR for preliminary testing.
There are many closed and non-functional aspects of the PTR initially. Please read on for more information.
The ICC raid will open for testing at 2:00 p.m. PDT today, August 29. We appreciate your patience as we address issues being encountered in the first few hours of this test.

With the realm restarts two hours ago, all non-Hardcore Classic Era realms were returned to one layer.
Have a good Saturday!
First Aid. Don’t forget to train it and have bandages at the ready. (Yes, even if you’re a healer. A well-timed bandage when you’re oom can be a literal life-saver.)
Group up for safety— The murlocs and kobolds will.
Autorun is not your friend. (See Kaivax’s rule for going AFK. Combined with autorun, it’s a recipe for sheer disaster.)
Fatigue kills. Don’t push your luck.
Some classes are slightly squishier at lower levels than others but get more powerful over time, so don’t overestimate their power at the start.
Elevators kill. Be patient and time your entry and exit appropriately. I’m looking at you Undercity elevators…
We have a bug on Hardcore realms where some characters are not able to be deleted or transfer off the realm after their unfortunate demise, ostensibly due to mail.
We’ve been working on it, and we’ve come to the conclusion that it might take some time to resolve.
Thank you for your patience.
We’ve found the configuration bug that caused multiple layers to spin up on non-Hardcore Classic Era realms.
With realm restarts tomorrow morning, we’ll collapse those realms back to one layer.
The Hardcore realms should remain layered, as necessary for their populations, throughout.
Update: We don’t need any more examples for now. We’ve got several, and we’re looking through various logs now. Thanks all!
Hello.
With a hotfix that is now live, player-characters who have completed the quests “Winds in the Desert”, “Lost but not Forgotten”, or “Vanquish the Betrayers” can again enter Blackrock Depths.
It looks like you earned about 16-17k honorable kills after you transferred from Faerlina to Whitemane on Classic Era, would you say that’s correct?
