If you sent your game to private, that is essentially the offline mode.
We have a brand new Steam Deck profile that will go live on Monday, between that and some other work on all machines the open world performance is greatly improved.

Game Settings to Ultra, but even Middle or low does not help.
Maybe the game will be better optimized with 1.0 but if not i would like to hear from the player base that have that game running smooth, how they did that =)

It’s 120hz and Game Motion Plus goes up to 144hz. V-sync is not enabled.
The either 1. That speed is only available on one HDMI port and you need to know which or 2. Your HDMI cable doesn’t support it and is not 2.1 spec
