This forum is larger than single threads. The common terminology here regarding Submarines tends to be "Pro-Sub" and "Anti-Sub" of which both camps have their respective members. Some days the Pro-Sub comments outnumber the Anti-Sub comments, though when news articles or larger-reach updates occur that tends to draw more short-term crowd posting.

This forum is representative of leaving a comment about a business on "Yelp" or "Google". This isn't a direct translation, but most players just play the game without ever visiting a form of social sites like our Forums or Discord. For the higher-engaged players, they will seek out places to have more engagement with the game and community, so we tend to have more passionate representative here. By definition the Silent Majority is silent. Most people play a game or partake in a service without taking the extra step to move toward providing feedback. While I worked in Hospitality, we were told that 1-in-10 will speak up if they had a positive experience while 3-in-10 will speak up if they had a negative experience. Using this metric with a stable product experience would result in roughly 3 times the criticism-to-positivity ratio as a normal situation.

To put this in perspective, how many times how you stopped what you were doing and went to someone at a store or restaurant to tell them how amazing your experience has been? Compare this to the number of times you have sought out an employee to inform them of a problem you are having with a service or a bad situation you experienced.

Looking at it again, the ballistics are almost identical in terms of speed and flight time to the 203's on the Atago - placing it very high in terms of 152/155mm ballistic family. The almost constantly available spotter plane will put your range out to a point where they will actually have better flight time than any other 150/152/155 in the game, if I'm not mistaken. That makes farming BB's or even cruisers at distance easy.
What you're getting is close-to USN dpm with ballistics that are closer to IJN / Russian on an American cruiser. That gets coupled with excellent AA and decent firing arcs makes for a different gameplay experience than a Seattle or a Wooster

And as always - you are welcome to pick another Steel ship if that's not your cup of tea

The people that put it all together happened to post on Reddit, which is perfectly fine if that's their chosen platform~

In direct terms, our Halloween Operations format used the Operation of the Week UI (User Interface). The UI was not able to be modified to fit with the Random Operation format fast enough to be fully tested before reaching Live Server. As such, the safer option of using the standard format was chosen.

It's unfortunate that Random Operations aren't available for an entire Update, especially after Operations had a big return recently. Still, the Random Operations function will return in 0.11.10.

The Reward coding was unable to be altered, so Selected Operations do have a lower base reward of around 80% what a Random Operation would be able to offer.

The themed Operations and Operation Wolfpack are core aspects of the Update's Event, so they were given prominence for the duration of Update 0.11.9.

"During Update 0.11.9, standard Operations will only be selectable for players in Divisions. With the release of Update 0.11.10, Operations of the Week will be replaced with Random Operations."

Blacklist provide an Auto-Block function so that you won't see chat or hear pings for another player. It also prevent Port messages.
