I don't really know how to answer this question because I can't recall a time where that was ever something that concerned me. It may have happened once or twice over the course of thousands of games, but I couldn't relay a specific example off the top of my head. As a CV player, the only ship I can recall feeling a notable reduction in AA from over the course of a game was a Kremlin as her AA was nerf'd long ago to make it very destructible (I believe the mount health was reduced by 50%).

This is the minimap from loading up your Replay just now:
Notice that the top of the crescent island is slightly cut off by the map border. The map is larger than the battle area, but the boundaries are set to define the battlespace for the Operation.
Your picture shows a different map size relative to the actual operation boundary:
Notice how the Crescent Island is fully within the boundary and there is more space above it than should be normally allowed.
My guess is that you have some form of mod which affects the minimap. The mod may work correctly on all the other maps as the boundaries are set correctly, but it would seem that this map is not correctly set for the mod and you are seeing wrong information because of it.
As with most issues, when you are experiencing something abnormal please consider disabling all your mods first to see if the problem continues.

This was a match in a Donskoi with DFAA that had some rather clenched moments. I probably had the 2 point talent which makes for more powerful Priority Sector (as AA interacts multiplicatively), but I don't believe I was spec'd in more than that and an AA flag.
When I played Ranked in a Hindy on my Free-to-Play account, I ran DFAA. Hindy has improved Hydro compared to other nations, so it was seen as rather controversial.
I did it for a few reasons:
I'm known for CVs and like to point out AA mechanics and uses when possible.
Ranked is a smaller format so it's common for positions to be more isolated.
I would rarely be put in a position of having to charge into a torp DD or brawl others in sections with islands.
I would try to position right behind my DD's detectibility so I could help win the DD trades.
After DD trades, much of the game is being at a distance that can throw off battleship shell aim, so there's a healthy distance moreso than not.

One of the best things you can do is review a replay of a game you played. You save up to your last 30 battles in your game's Replays folder:

It sounds like you're saying your friend went onto your computer after he got mad. That can happen if your login is saved. You might want to disable that or password protect your computer to prevent future situations.

Jingles left the CC program back in 2021. Quickybaby is a WoT CC, I believe? Each product has a different team so I'm not at all aware of anything on the Tanks side of things.

As I mentioned, our rules govern in-game behavior. Our Community Cody of Conduct governs behavior on our various community platforms. Both of those do show what we value.
While you are correct that Twitch and YouTube are neither in-game or directly part of our community platforms, we do hope that people we affiliate with align with our values as well. This is a fairly common practice in any industry.
This is not correct. The CC program involves us reaching out to a creator and saying that we'd like to have a better relationship. We provide some amount of NDA information, test ships, and access to game assets that can help with content creation. That isn't employment by any means.
Our EULA prohibits harassment.
We are direct in having rules that show we don't condone those behaviors in our game.
