Ship Restoration is often governed by a tool which can assess if you had the ship previously and if you now how enough credits to deduct in order to restore the ship. As that can be automated, it occurs more quickly.

Sometimes tickets will have a delay, especially around the holidays where playtime increases and things get busier for us.

The "bonus clears" only start happening when you have over 100 ships in Port, so that looks to be the issue.

Don't worry about not getting bonus clears, it's not additional or more rewards at all. It's just a time saving measure.

Someone with 99 ships plays 99 games to clear the 99 ships

Someone with 198 ships plays 99 games to clear all 198 ships (assuming at least 400 Base XP in each game played).

Either way the example above has 99 games played. If the bonus clear mechanic didn't exist, it'd be 198 games. The rewards come from having the ships in port, not from the "bonus clear" mechanic.

Looks like we've dialed in on the reason for the issue. Currently we're working on addressing it.

No ETA to provide at this time.

When you knock a Snowflake off a ship, you get the reward that the snowflake gives and the snowflake goes away.

If you have a lot of ships in your Port, you can get "bonus clears" which allow you to knock snowflakes off other ships without needing to play them in a match. It doesn't look like you have a "Rewards" option in your port, so it's likely that you don't have enough ships to activate the system.

How many ships do you have in your port?

One of two things is happening:

The "Prinz Eugen" commander you are using is an Anime Collab commander. The voice actor giving the commander's voicelines is doing so in the native tongue of the app from the collab.

Your sound settings are set to an anime commander. This is not likely as you would have that same voice on other ships, so we can probably rule this one out.

If the system issued a penalty, the question is why. A Replay can help us review what happened to cause this situation.

Do you have a Replay you can share to we can look at why it occurred?

Can you provide the Replay? I can give you more information on the mechanics that occurred if so.

It would be in the 27th Container if the prior 26 do not strike the Ship Group.

The "unique items" in the Santa Crates are Ships. So the mercy rule means that if 27 containers do not yield a ship, the 28th will force-drop from the ship group.

If you have all the ships the containers offer (which is a LOT of ships), the ship group will instead give Steel as ships are unique and you cannot have more than 1 of a specific ship.

That really isn't the case here. The only time I've known a duplicate thread to be hidden was when it was quite literally a duplicate post (someone accidently posted twice).

We have a lot of threads which are on the same/similar topics. It's all about the OP and how people decide to engage in the discussion. It goes where it goes.

When an old thread from months ago gets bumped, it will get new eyes on the material. This is fine, but it's common for people to start replying/quoting stuff that was said at the beginning of the thread (from months ago).

A lot happens from day to day and week to week, so someone getting pinged from a conversation they participated in months ago and only half remember (if at all) is awkward.

If a player is AFK for months at a time, they can make a new thread. Or send a Direct Message. When it's a multi-page conversation, let sleeping threads lie.
