Yes, Sweden can have it's own DD line (maybe with a split), but it's still be just one line, instead of other big nations having most classes fleshed out. or even several lines for one class. Similar situation with Netherlands, Spain, and, to some degree, Poland (with 3 variations of Grom-class). But even if those nations would've gotten their own trees - there were nations with less ships, and therefore European tree would've existed anyway.
And even more, getting all those nations into one tree is better for players - interface wouldn't get cluttered, commanders are recruited with the uniform relevant to the ship they begin their "career" on, you can freely swap them, and put on flag of your preferences.

News about new version of wrapper 3.3.0 (with fix for launching on Catalina).

Unfortunately, due to some compatibility issues with Catalina the new wrapper update is postponed. The new release date will be announced soon. Before that it's not recommended to update your MacOS to Catalina.

The game will definitely have content around Halloween.

As others have mentioned a lot of it can be previewed in the PTS sessions in the lead up.

I wrote that with the single player mind to keep things simple, but yes, you're right. If players are in divisions this would add into that divisions get split on teams.

This is not the case, not even close.

Matchmaking does not take into consideration any stats like W/R etc when determining teams.

Players get distributed onto teams based on the ship they are in and that's about it. Matchmaking within the first 3 minutes attempts to make teams with:

even numbers of each ship per side


even numbers of each tier


adhering to ship restrictions (CV / DD numbers)

Some of these restrictions are lifted outside the 3 minute mark in an attempt to make the match before the 5 minute mark.

Aspects including:

Player skill


Player W/R


Player premium status


Player clans


Playing a premium ship

Have no bearing on matchmaking.

So as the others have mentioned, it is available when you are in your modules tab:

It is not included on the exterior tab since there is nothing within the Exterior tab that is impacted by how much EXP or FXP you have.

By removing it from the Captain interface this helps cut down on some of the UI demand.

Well, surely you should ask him what style of gameplay he prefers. It may be okay for Atlanta, since he likes Worcester, but maybe De Grasse or Boise may be a better fit.
T-61 is quite good as regular destroyers go, and, maybe, getting enough Coal for October Revolution isn't a bad Idea either.

How to add and use Unbound technology on the ModAPI stage

As Unbound layout is processed on the Flash side, then the development of the mod will be associated mainly with ActionScript files. We need a layout handler and the main file for the Flash API similar to what we already did in the previous examples.

But first, let’s prepare a file with a simple layout code that we will experiment with, for example, draw a square in the corner.


test_window.xml

Create an XML file with a simple layout of a simple white square.

The resulting XML file shall be run through the "xml2as.bat" utility in order to compile layout expressions into a SWF file similar to what we did with the modification of the finished XML. Put the resulting SWF file in "..\res_mods\0.8.8.1\gui\unbound\flash" and add its path to "..\gui\ lash\USSExpressionsLoader.xml".
