Keep an eye on your registered email for an email containing TST login, it may also get filtered into your junk/promotions folder so it can be useful looking there too.

Please recall that the TST is only available certain hours of the day to ensure high server capacity for testing and to reduce the number of bots needed in games.

The TST server is available daily between the 3rd and 8th, 12:00 (UTC)–20:00 (UTC) (7am - 3pm CT)

Outside these windows it is taken down.

This previously did not work for Steam version and was fixed.

Thank you for your interest in submarines, you like majority of the player base is interested in participating in the beta. Due to the high level of interest we are sending out waves of invites periodically to ensure we do not overload the dedicated testing server.

While CCs, STs, Privateers and Staff have promised access to accounts, the wider community who have applied to test are being randomly selected to receive accounts. We hope by the time we reach the end of testing, all those who applied would have the opportunity to test.

We have not, will not, and no intention to ever “stealth” nerf a ship. All changes to a ship are documented in patch notes at minimum and typically bigger changes are notated in Dev Blog articles. On the very very very rare occasion bugs slip in which cause parameters to be incorrect, but these are usually highlight and fixed ASAP.

Following on from what originally happened when we proposed changes to the GC, due to community sentiment and feedback we vowed individual changes to premium ships would not occur after release. They would only be impacted by game or class wide mechanic changes.

It is in not in our favor by any means to cause distrust within the community by conducting underhanded means. Furthermore, had anything been changed while unannounced, Data Miners would have found as much and reported it - putting us in hot water.

The GC has not changed since release, we have no plans to change it eit...

We have not ruled it out entirely however it is important to ensure that the simple fixes have been gone through and ruled out before digging into more in-depth investigation on what is causing the issue.

If the issues are still persisting, please PM some WGChecks and I’ll ensure these get to the right hands for investigation.

If you guys are swapping back your selected account in the WGC before launching the PTS you shouldn't have issues.

The Submarine test server (TST) is invite only and requires special accounts to be used.

The server is also only only certain hours of the days and certain days.

I'd love to help you if you could provide me more details in a PM as to what you are having issues with.

We just checked it out here in the office and we were able to log into the PTS without issue.

I would recommend double checking you have the right account selected for the PTS on log-in.

Beyond this please run a Check and Repair on the client and let me know if the issue persists.

We checked it on our end and have had no issues logging into our PTS Clients.

I would completely reboot WGC, relog accounts in WGC and run a check+repair on the client.

Hopefully these steps will resolve the issue.

What I would recommend is copy/pasting the information from the emails into the appropriate forms on the log-in instead of directly typing it over.

I just checked this myself and my WGCheck is working as intended.

I would recommend redownloading the WGCheck tool and seeing if a fresh version of it works.

Yes, the AA is pretty light so do your best to roll with the team. This can be a struggle with the slower speed but do your best. Could be worse, could be an Arkansas Beta =).
