[2022] [DoR] Hreidmar's Blessing Set transmog not available at Blacksmith

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to select Hreidmar's Blessing set as a transmog option. Would you be able to provide us with a short video or set of images that shows you have collected this gear set in-game, but that it's not available as a transmog option at the Blacksmith's?

I'd recommend uploading any images or videos to a sharing platform, such as Google Drive or One Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread we can take a closer look at.

We have reached out to the team to determine if the inability to use transmog on this set is intended or not. We hope we can update you soon when we have more information from the team.

If you can also capture a video that shows the transmog option unavailable at the dwarfen blacksmiths that would be great to pass onto the team, thank you.

I understand you would like to receive the confirmation why The Hreidmar's blessed Set is not available as an option in the transmog tab, but as of now, our development team is still investigating the issue and hopefully it will be fixed in one of the future updates.

What previous representatives were referring to was to find out whether this has been done so by design or whether the intention was to have the armor available for transmog, something that only higher-ups are able to answer, so I wasn't sure what you meant there by referring to play-time.

The transmog issue is understood to have been resolved following 1.5.2 so if you guys could please keep us updated should this issue crop up again so we can tell the team.
