Hi @FocusSR I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to move the shelf.
We have received several reports within different locations were a shelf cannot be moved. Some of those were fixed, some could not be reproduced and some were unable to be fixed.
If you have the latest update installed (1.7.0) then I'm afraid that you either encountered a new issue or an issue that could not be reproduced or be fixed.
Title Update 1.7.0, released on February 21, is the final update to address bug fixes in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. As a result, any new issues reported...
@jujoco91 thanks for the update.
Being prompted for the activation key would generally indicate that you are not logged into the correct Ubisoft account that owns the game.
Our Customer Support specialists will respond to your support case as soon as it is possible and assist you further.

Hi @ajm_Sabotage I'm sorry to hear that the Regium Francium core challenge has not unlocked.
I have manually unlocked the challenge for you.
Hi @guest-AhujUFKo I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to access Svartalfheim due to infinite loading.
Could you please go through the PS4 troubleshooting then try again to see if that helps.
If the issue persists can you also try fast travelling to Svartalfheim via the map screen...
Hi @Tinytot87 I'm sorry to hear that the troubleshooting has not helped to resolve the issue.
I'm afraid that we would be unable to provide further troubleshooting via the forums as we would need to look at you system files.
I can see that you have submitted a support case which was replied to on the 27th February. Could you please update your support case and provide a full list of the troubleshooting you have done and our Customer Support specialists will investigate further.
Hi @womave I understand that you and your roommate are not getting to the splash screen, however I was just suggesting to try adding the game to the exception list of your anti virus software to see if that helps as it did with the splash screen issue.
Players have also mentioned disabling the in-game overlay in Ubisoft Connect worked for them as well, so this is something else you can try in the meantime.
With regards to this thread being marked as resolved, this is because Ubi-oof marked there post as the best answer so that if anyone else with this issue check...
@gpszkit you shouldn't require a particular skill to complete this quest. I'm sorry to hear that loading a previous save did not help.
You should only need to move the shelf to line up the symbols on the stones, using your Odin vision would highlight these then once lined up correctly it will zoom in and complete the objective as shown in this video:
Hi @ScorpioNspear10 as I mentioned previously the development team confirmed this is working as intended as you only get improvements to the feast buff when you first build the three farms. The additional upgrades do not improve the feast buff anymore.
We did forward the feedback we received from players about this on to the development team.
I can understand the confusion and can only apologise.
I will now lock this thread.
Hi @jujoco91 I can see that you have submitted a support case and are waiting for a reply.
I can confirm that due to the high volume of contacts it is taking longer than usual to reply, for which I apologise. Our Customer Support specialists will reply to you as soon as it is possible.
In the meantime the only other suggestion I have which appears to have worked for a number of players experiencing an issue with the game launching and being stuck on the splash screen is to add Assassin's Creed Valhalla to their exceptions list for their anti virus software. Thi...
Hi @gpszkit I'm sorry to hear that your are experiencing an issue in the quest 'Night and Day'.
I'm afraid that this issue was never reported to the development team as inastrangeland never replied back to my previous response. We also haven't received any other reports of this particular issue.
Title Update 1.7.0, released on February 21, is the final update to address bug fixes in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. As a result, any new issues reported will not be addressed by the development team. Thank you for your understanding.
The only thing I could suggest is to load an earlier save before you started the quest if possible.
Hi @Jajalentor I'm sorry to hear that your game keeps crashing.
Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through all the steps listed then try again. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.
Please confirm if this resolves the issue.
Hi @azullFR thanks for your post as always
Hi @SPARKZBLACK I'm sorry to hear that the troubleshooting has not helped.
To confirm does the splash screen appear or does nothing happen at all when you try launching the game?
Hi @ShadiusStarr I can confirm that this issue was reported in the past.
After thorough investigation, the development team is unable to provide a solution for the reported issue. When assessing the complexity of the issue and number of players affected, the team had to prioritize issues that had a comparatively higher impact.
With Post-Launch support for Assassin's Creed Valhalla coming to an end, we will be unable to roll out a fix for this issue.
Hi @CreeperM64 thanks for sharing this workaround, it's appreciated and may help others who are experiencing this issue.
