This is not correct. The scenarios are part of the DLCs, i.e.: DLC main content (as before) + scenario
That's interesting, I thought they didn't want to add a new continent / session to the game but that looks not really like Enbesa from what I can tell. Looks kinda like western USA or maybe even Australia?
But that animal in the top left corner seems to be a horse, so maybe it is a Zebra and therefore in Enbesa.

First of all, welcome to the Anno community! To avoid any confusion: No, the current Year 3 Complete Edition will not give you access to Season 4.
So you can either get Year 3 Complete and then the Season 4 Pass later, or you could wait for the probable Year 4 Complete Edition coming soon :)
As for the recommendations which DLCs to play first, I will leve that to your fellow players!
