Interesting that the seasonal pack mentions "all seasons"
If it's just the Christmas set, I'd be a bit underwhelmed, but if we get some real seasonal variation that'd be a great addition.

Please fix the game bugs instead of new cosmetic. The oil, tractor, department store,etc....
I am honestly not sure that putting a few more artists on fixing code bugs will speed things up much.
Talking about cosmetics, I think at this point the devs are pushing out new Seasons just so they can add the Eldritch cosmetic pack to the game eventually :)
And I would have gotten away with it too, if it wasn't for those pesky players voting...
I was hoping it was going to be something for The New World, but colour me interested nonetheless.
The New World will be the focus of Season 4- more on that in late March.

Not as such. Yes, Ubisoft publishes games- but the vast majority of those are being developed by internal studios like Ubisoft Mainz, of which there are around 40 now I think.
The old notion of a publisher being a company that just releases games developed by others does not apply to Ubisoft.
