We have not yet released a wallpaper pack for Season 4 artworks. However, you can find the artworks for DLC 10, 11 and 12 in 1920x1080 in this blog here: https://anno-union.com/announcing-the-season-4-pass/

We'll probably do a bundle with different resolutions later this year.

Heyho, I appreciate the frustration with some of the bugs and the timing of the release, with people having time off over the weekend to play.

This slightly longer weekend, however, (in contrast to the christmas holidays) does not have a big impact on any patch development. Investigating, fixing and then validating the issues does take several days either way, so that a normal game update/patch usually takes 2 (or 3, depending) weeks.

I will take your feedback regarding general release timing for discussion in the team, though.

I understand this information does not help you with the issues right now, but I thought you might appreciate some context.

All similar reports were ultimately related to mods so far. So, I'd recommend disabling, ideally removing the mods and verifying the game files.

alternatively, you can wait till any mods you are using are updated

And just to clarify: While it mistakenly says "pre-order bonus", the ornaments are included in the Season 4 Pass no matter when you buy it.

While I understand the frustration, with the Early Access having started on Friday afternoon and the DLC releasing on Tuesday evening, there's no time to collect, investigate, fix and validate any reported issues.

The version released for Early Access basically is the final release version.

The Season 4 Pass not beign visible before release was working as intended.

The issue for the DLC not unlocking today was only present for some players but not all due to a misconfiguration.

It should be fixed now.
