sign out of store
restart pc
sign into store
launch the title from its store page

We're also investigating an issue with the Win10 version where players are unable to sign in. The latest client is in cert and may fix the issue. We'll update you with more info as we have it. Thank you for your patience and hopefully we can reunite you with your dinos soon.
