Fun thread you've put together here, OP :) I've never fully quit WoW, but like many, I've played on and off over the years :sweat_smile:

Heya @Vlhadus ! I'm dropping in to clarify some things. 🔸 Enchanting is NOT a profession. 🔸 Scribe doesn't do the enchanting, but it does make reagents that are used while enchanting. 🔸 Players can destroy their items from failure while enchanting, and will be able to input optional items during the enchanting process to help mitigate the chance that this will happen. For future questions, don't forget to submit to our monthly Q&A. Also, we have a whole plan for how this will work, and in due time, we shall share that with you in-game as per our normal way of showcasing our systems and features! :smile:

It's THAT easy ... ... The World of Verra - can NOT function - without PvP. - right ? The Caravans, The Nodes and their Sieges, Piracy/Naval Battles on the Seas, how is all that supposed to function without PvP ?

It's certainly an interesting question. One likely without an answer that will please everybody. I enjoyed reading through this thread. It's a conversation that comes up often, so there are plenty of Steven quotables to share here (of which some have made their way here!) My favorite is this: "...One of the defining elements of our world-building approach and being a PvX game is that PvE builds the world and PvP changes the world." - Steven elaborating on this here

Great seeing constructive feedback for the Mage archetype and VFX. It's worth noting that VFX are still a work in progress and not final <3 Feedback on our archetypes is appreciated, and we look forward to showcasing the Fighter later this month :) With that said the examples many of you have provided can be quite helpful in understanding thoughts and ideas. What Mages, Sorcerers, or spell-slingers have you enjoyed playing and what games were those in? What made them special to you, and how does that impact the feedback you wish to provide for the Mage archetype (or its VFX :wink: )?
