Hey everyone,
Wanted to give you a quick update on some tweaks that we will be making later today. These will be carried out via some game server updates so no downloads or downtime will be required.
The first change revolves around the Boarding Time that occurs prior to your departure to the capital ship. We will be lowering the time it takes to board the transport ships from 60 seconds to 45 seconds.
Accompanying this change will be an increase in the reinforcements you receive for making it to the transport ship.
This will be increasing from 2 to 3.
The Battle Point cost for both the B2 and B2 Rocket Droid will be corrected as currently they are reversed. Once this update is live the B2 Rocket Droid will cost 1,000BP and the B2 will cost 1,500BP.
The maximum amount of heroes allowed at once during Capital Supremacy is being increased from 2 to 4.

Looking into the BX, especially his weapon.
And fricking nerf Anakin. All of his abilities are superior to any other ability that the other heroes and villains have. His Retribution stuns you for 4 seconds and does 400 damage. It's ridiculous.
Some balance changes for Anakin are on the way, currently being tested.
No offense to Dennis, but I was hyped when I heard that voice at the start of the community update

Getting a fix verified, tested, pushed through 1st party submissions and released within a few hours is not something we're able to do I'm afraid. We are working as fast as possible on this, but we need to make sure we don't rush a fix out, we've seen what happens in that situation.
It's what it is now, and there's more to come.

It's not something we're currently planning, we did give everyone 60k free credits last month.
We've been thinking about this for a while but were always reluctant to pull the trigger as we knew there was never going to be a good time. It wasn't until very close to the deployment of this update that we decided to go ahead, we're talking hours before.
At the start heroes for in-game credits made sense, but as the game has evolved we have had to take another look at things. We can see through our telemetry data how many people have unlocked heroes, and we can also see the average credit amounts of players.
While our veteran players have more than enough credits to get everything they want, we are seeing that it's very difficult for new players to pick up a hero. If you are new, by the time you grind to get a hero, you then have a secondary grind if you want an appearance for them. That's not a great experience.

Wait, WHAT? I thought they were, so just the MMO is canon then? Anyway, as I've always said ever since EA was given the exclusive license they need to get BioWare to remake the original KOTOR.
MMO is also Legends and continues to operate within it. Anything that started or existed before 2013 isn’t canon, even EA titles, unless specified. The reset of the canon was very thorough.
If I may ask, have you all been tracking the crashing that's been happening in CS as well? Have you figured out the cause?
I've gotten lucky later in the day and played a fair amount of matches of CS and have crashed 5 times in it today and others seem to have the same issue so that will likely be the next major issue after this one is resolved.
Should I submit crash reports somewhere to help your team figure out what may be causing it? I really want the crashing to stop lol.
Bug reports on the forum or help.ea.com are where they're most useful, so I'd post there, too.

It's not a guaranteed fix, unfortunately, but it's worked for a lot of players (myself included). Stay posted for a fix from our end, though.
