Depends of the context.
Basically you want the UAC high on a machine that is fully interactive, where you are going to do some web browsing, download and install applications, etc… to make sure that the popup appears when something tries to modify your machine configuration.

If you use the machine mostly as a fully automated server it should be fine without the UAC nagging you

Could you try to lower the UAC level, see if it’s security related maybe?

Have you run the tool once, to accept the EULA?
(There’s also a parameter to validate that you accept the EULA on the command line)

Quick update: Our team is testing some fixes that could potentially improve performance on consoles based on the feedback we gathered from our community. We don’t have any estimated time yet for its release, but our plan is to release it as soon as it passes our QA tests.

I just tried to call psshutdown -r from an Administrator command shell, and after 20 seconds my Windows 10 (Pro / version 1803) did restart without asking me anything.

It’s probably something that is version specific, or maybe some hidden settings.

Can you take a screenshot showing the exact command line you used, what psshutdown displayed, and the actual windows dialog box?

We just released a new hotfix that aims to alleviate this issue even further.

That issue was not covered by our latest hotfix. It has been fixed internally, though, and it will come out with an upcoming patch.

Once we have more room to breath development wise there is no reason to not at least look at additional building pieces. Unfortunately I can’t make any promises in any way but I can mention that we collected a lot of input over the past few months in regards to building additions.

It’s still on our suggestion list and very high up (the mannequins).
Right now we do have other focuses, though. It’s not forgotten!
