It might seem that it’s an out of memory issue, if your base is complex enough and full of thralls/pets. We’re working on ways to optimize the way buildings are loaded into the game, so we hope that could alleviate cases like yours.
However, please send the crash reports through the PS4 dashboard so our team can look into them. Thanks for your patience.
Hey there,
Does this issue persist after having restarted the server?
Hey @Yipman
Thanks for the heads-up, we had users report this issue months ago. For now, we’ll send it to our team and they’ll look into it. In the meanwhile, just in case, here’s the official BattlEye FAQ just in case there is any solution in there that could help you in this situation:

Hey @vyoletkyss
Thanks for letting us know about it. We’ve received reports recently about strange behaviors regarding decay timers, so our team is interested in knowing some of its ramifications. We’ll send your feedback to our team and they’ll look into it.
If you have an issue with how someone is moderating or answering the forums then please take it up with them in a PM or any other staff member you want to contact about it. We’re always open to hear opinions on how we can improve.
I feel that the only reason this post was created, is to put someone on the spot and bullying them. There is zero reason to make a topic about this issue and yes, it is indeed against our Community Guidelines.

Hey there,
That issue is being worked on now by our team and its fix will be released in an upcoming patch. This hotfix’s aim was to improve performance.
Thanks for your patience.
Hey there,
Our team is working on a fix for the rotating building pieces bug, and it will be released in an upcoming patch.
This hotfix was aimed to improve performance in consoles. Random stuttering and hitching should be noticeably better, although being in the vicinity of huge player-made structures will still be taxing. We’re fine-tuning our Testlive patch that includes many improvements and optimizations on that front, although we still have no ETA for its release on consoles as it depends on many factors.
Thanks for your patience.
It seems all the major ways this issue was triggered in the past have been fixed, but some instances might remain. If it happens again, could you please report back to us trying to provide as much information as you can?
Thank you in advance.
did you have try to connect to an other server ?
Have other the same issue like you ?
The latter! We’ll restart the servers tomorrow morning (EST) to resolve the issue. We’re holding off on any further downtimes today.
Hi everyone! Today’s an exciting day!!
Saga of Blood’s tale has ended and everything has been merged to Fury. Plus, we’ve launched a new Winter Event! It wouldn’t be a major update without a few outstanding issues though, which we’re looking into:
We are currently looking into this issue. Thank you for your patience while we investigate.
The servers are coming back online. Fare thee well, Saga of Blood - praise to all the heroes who slaughtered in your name!
Welcome to Fury, SoBs.
You got answers to your Private Messages both from me and Ignasi on our official forums. Additionally, we also answered your friend. We also directly answered in your thread on our official forums. There is a zero tolerance policy for us to have exploit threads open and we hide them as is clearly stated in our community guidelines for our official forums.
I am not sure why there is need to yet make another thread here while we clearly stated that we are looking into the issue. I also really fail to see how we don't care while answering both PMs and threads on our official forum.
As mentioned both in PMs and in the thread, we know it's frustrating to be the target of exploits. That is never fun and we are currently actively working on fixing those exploits. There are fixes on TestLive already and one of the next patches to TestLive will bring more focused exploit fixes.
Merged this thread into an ongoing one with similar content to increase visibility in the forums.
