Server 3515 has undergone maintenance a couple of hours back and has not shown any anomalies in its network traffic since then, please let us know if you experience any further issues, we’ll keep monitoring the server as well on our end.
@CIESO-OPP Unfortunately we’re unable to provide any assistance regarding the loss of materials or items in-game.
We’ll register the occurrence for our team to look into and determine whether there could’ve been an issue, we’ll just need additional clarification on the following:
Did the clan leader leave the clan when he was the last member?
This would explain why the bar is seemingly permanently stuck full. Try setting that value quite a bit higher and let us know if this behavior repeats.

Would be interesting to see what kind of performance you get through a VPN, because these things definitely (by necessity) restrict the bandwidth you can normally have.

Could you let us know which PS4 model you have and if the game is installed on its internal disk?
Are you aware of the amount of placeables and light sources that were present in that build, as well as NPCs?
Were you unable to restore a backup save from the cloud? We’d also suggest that you periodically back it up manually to a pen drive,.

When a clan becomes leaderless and without anyone left to dismantle its assets, you have to either destroy or wait for them to decay.
