This appears to be a result of the Weapon Customisation mod.
Could you please try launching Darktide directly via the .exe (as opposed to via Steam), and screenshot any errors that appear?
The path to the Darktide.exe should look similar to this: Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer 40,000 DARKTIDE\binaries
We’re looking in to what we can do manually to resolve this and I hope to have an update next week.

Okay… I’ve had another look and restored what I believe to be the correct one.
Could you make sure all the items are unequipped?
You have the same Curio equipped in separate slots, which is an issue currently affecting the saving of loadouts.

I have been looking in to it and found a fix, though it takes a while for us the get fixes out. Hopefully we get it in for the next big patch.
If all misplaced players disconnect and reconnect the same time it should fix itself. Thank you for your patience.

could you post 2-3 more guids and we can see if we see anything common?
I can see that you are stuck in (physics I think) and then in the video player. The video player might help with a clean install of driver is something would be wrong on that side.
Is one of those things the extra emotes added on the Necromancer update on console?? Why did you guys removed it, it's almost crying material

We are constantly working on pet projects like this but some features just isn't ready to be released. This one unfortunately slipped through the cracks and we had to correct it. It will be released when it's ready
There is so much stuff in the works. There is absolutely no need to worry. There is much more to come :)
