What are your PC Specs - GPU/CPU etc and what settings are you playing on?

As advised in the first post to you, there's currently a delay with responding on tickets due to a massive increase in volume of tickets - your ticket will get replied to but it's taking longer than normal I'm afraid.

Sending more tickets will not help as it will just make the process take longer - so please be patient and your ticket will get answered.

If you have reported them in-game, which it does sound like you did, then you're all set. It will be looked into and taken serious.

For Steam - Steam usually daels with things that happened in Steam, so things that happen in a game are usually not handled by them.

Pretty much PTB is only for testing as nothing stays from the PTB to your Live account.

If you wish to make your own builds and self explore, then surely you can just avoid watching YouTube/Twitch etc and focus on your own game.

It's free for one week only, just the base game.
It is not remaining free on Epic Games Store.
