The video tape add-on currently is experiencing some issues, here:
ADD-ON: Video Tape
Reason: This add-on spawns Reverse Bear Traps (RBTs) on all Survivors at the start of the match. However, these RBTs do not activate when a generator is powered like they're supposed to, making the add-on ineffective. We would advise against using this add-on for the time being, but as it does not negatively impact the match for other players, it has not been kill switched at this time.

You're connected to the nearest Server to you, as are all other players - unless those servers happen to be full or too empty to find a match. What is your ping in the lobby?

We don't discuss bans publicly but I can confirm, yes we do ban Cross Platform.

The fix applied was a tentative fix, it was also not deployed to all platforms and further fixes will be deployed.

There was a small patch to players on Steam to help with the infinite loading screen issue.

Nnono. There's an option on the website to link my steam pc progress to my BHVR account so I can play with the same progress on all platform. That's my issue. It dosen't allow me to connect my BHVR account with my PC(A.K.A. Steam) progress.
