Yes, reports are being looked at by the team that handles them. Please make sure that a report is filed at the end of the game via the endgame report system. I also want to note, bodyblocking is only bannable in certain circumstances, such as another survivor holding another survivor hostage in a corner so they can't leave for the game. A killer doing he same to a survivor, sot he survivor can't leave and play the game. That only counts if it's before EGC. If it's during EGC, then the timer ends guaranteed.

Grades are not used for matchmaking in the slightest...all the Grade shows on the end screen is time played that month as everyone gets reset to Ash Grades.

Grades do not equal skill.

For the name, please report them to Steam for this and if they were causing issues in chat and being heavily insulting/Breaking the game rules, please report them there, thank you!

Unfortunately, as it is easy to fake such kind of things, the penalty is applied all across the board. Hence why it start slow to calculate in genuine crashes.

If you see upsetting names, you need to report them on the platform they're on, so if it's a Steam user, you'd report them to Steam. PS user, report to Sony, etc.

There are known issues with the friend system. They're being looked into.

To clarify a few things, as some people posted survivors apparently can't hold the game hostage - they can and it is also bannable. What matters here is that they are refusing to finish the game, so lurking around the map intentionally without doing any generators and avoiding the killer to extend the game artificially.

Playing the game normally with sneaking around, but still progressing the game, that is okay, but if it's a situation in which a gen still needs to be done and no one is doing is, so there is clearly no progress, something is off. If in the middle of the game all survivors suddenly start sneaking around and never progressing the game for a long time, that's also not okay.

In short: Sneaking around normally while still progressing the game is fine, but when it's done to extend the game by not doing anything, then it can become breaking the rules.

If it was end game collapse, you are okay, as the game ends. That means, as long long as the body blocking didn't occur before EGC, you are okay. If it has been going on for a while before EGC started, then that could possibly be a rule break.

If it was ONLY during EGC, then you should be okay.

Also, your account is your responsibility. Even if it wasn't you, this is actually against Steam TOS... Account sharing is not allowed via Steam. ... Read more
