No there's no cross progression between Steam and Microsoft Store, the only cross progression that's currently in the game is between Steam & Stadia, with Switch joining shortly. We do not know if/when cross progression will be available for any other platform.

You get one part of the bloody prestige skin. Eventually, prestige also increases chances for better items by a slight %, but it is not much.

Yes, reports are being dealt with, but as of now, you receive no feedback if and what happened. Not everything is a permanent ban, so you won't see it on their profile either, if it's steam and a temp ban.

There's no confirmed date of when it will be released into the game, there has been prior testing of the system and there are still some kinks to be worked out, when those are done I am sure we will have updated information on it.

The Steam download region has nothing to do with Matchmaking - or choosing what server you are put on. That's done purely by your own physical location, nothing to do with Steam.

Save files are stored on our own system not locally.

This is a known bug.

Sometimes there are many factors, such as perks, add-ons, etc. where someone might think it's cheating, but it's not and those might not result in a ban.

But if someone is cheating and is properly reported in the game, action will be taken. Please just keep in mind there are many reports and as of now, there is no Feedback system to let you know action has been taken or whatsoever.
