You can try to inquire here to figure out if it's the program or not with the help of some people: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/categories/technical-issues It might be something else that could be causing this issue.

Or attempt to contact EAC support to see if the program could be possibly conflicting with the anti-cheat.
