The first DC penalty is always 5 minutes, that's so if something does happen during a game you are not punished extremely - meaning that if you're bugged etc and have to leave the game or there is a game crash. The DC penalties increase in increments after that.

There is no way for the system to tell if you've intentionally disconnected or not, so the DC penalty is applied across the board.

If the trap was put on your head before the last generator had popped, then no you cannot escape the match via the exit gates without first taking the trap off - because it will be active.

If it was put on AFTER the last gen had popped then it would be safe to leave via the exit gates because the trap is not going to be active.

In all cases whether a trap is inactive or not, you can leave via the hatch.

why is dc penalty shared from survivor to killer

The penalty is there for all players...people disconnecting ruin the game for the 4 other players, whether they are disconnecting as a survivor or a killer.

Farming is a grey area and we do not condone it, but it is not outright bannable. It becomes bannable when someone is being forced to farm as this turns into griefing, e.g. XYZ doesn't want to farm, but the killer and the other survivors refuse to do any gens, so XYZ is forced to do gens alone or griefing such as working with the killer to kill them, etc. etc.
