The Elder Scrolls Online v10.0.6 fixes quite a few issues from Update 42 launch, including a number of fixes for Gold Road and Scribing quests, a few Wayshrines around West Weald not consistently functioning, some art model and effects-related issues, and more. Hi all! We are aware that 334 errors are continuing for some players on PC NA. These errors are due to some server processes getting into a bad state. We are continuing to monitor, and are resetting these processes when we see the bad state occur to keep impact to a minimum. Thank you all for your continued patience.

Hi everyone. We are currently working on a fix for the server disconnect while zoning issues and 334 errors players are currently experiencing. We have identified the issue, a fix for the issue, and are now in the process of some restarting some game servers on our side. While this will not be a full outage for players, some may encounter being kicked from the server while we are restarting things. We'll provide an update once we are done with the server restarts. Hi All, we're here to follow up with an update. We believe we have identified the issue causing the disconnections while zoning for players on PC NA. We are restarting some items on our end to begin the process to resolve these issues. While this will not require complete downtime, some players may be kicked as part of the process. This will not impact all players, but we wanted to give a heads up that some may experience being kicked off servers temporarily.

Hey @Dimorphos thanks for reporting these. We'll investigate. As @vsrs_au asked, is there any change if you move that statue and/or place it in a different house? Also, are you using any mods that enhance graphics and/or lighting? At first check, our Systems team is not seeing this on Live so any additional info you could provide would be a great help!

Can you guys confirm or deny that all characters on an account that has unlocked the Sigils have an equal chance to acquire ink?

Checked in with the dev team on this. Yes they do. The base drop rate is account-wide. However an important caveat, the drop quantity can be impacted per character if Plentiful Harvest CP is invested in on a specific character.

We recently identified an issue that affected some Crown Pack purchases players previously placed on Steam. We are pushing a fix on June 12, 2024. After that time, any players who were affected by this issue will automatically receive any owed crowns the first time they log into the game. These crowns will appear in affected players’ crown wallets, not in-game mail. Thank you!
