Jewelry traits will not be affected during this test.

Why is shackle not on the list? Its pure stats.

Apologies, this was inadvertently missed. Just edited the original post to include Shacklebreaker as a set that is not affected by this test.

Still a known issue, but it should be fixed in next week's PTS patch (the one scheduled for February 15).

The Elder Scrolls Online v6.3.2 includes several more adjustments to the updated Champion System and some item sets, bug fixes for the new dungeons, and activates the Anniversary Jubilee event on February 10. Additionally, we’ve copied all PC EU characters this week; remember, all skill points will be reset when you first log in. The size of this patch is approximately 172MB.

Just a heads up that the details for this test will be posted on Monday. Also, the revert to the healing change will start with this test and will remain that way until further notice (it is not tied directly to the test).
