Any news on the gapcloser bug fix @ZOS_GinaBruno?

We're hoping to get this fixed in the next PC incremental patch.

It's not fixed yet, but we are aware and working on it.

The Elder Scrolls Online v6.1.6 enthält eine überarbeitete Datenschutzerklärung und aktualisierte Verhaltensregeln, die ihr nach dem Einloggen annehmen müsst. Einen kurzen Überblick über diese Änderungen findet ihr nachfolgend. Mit enthalten sind außerdem einige Korrekturen für die Verliese aus „Stonethorn“, einige Gegenstandssets und das Spiel allgemein, einige bisher fehlende Übersetzungen und mehr. Bitte beachtet auch, dass dies der Startschuss für die Leistungstests in Cyrodiil im Zusammenhang mit Fähigkeiten mit Flächenwirkung ist. Mehr dazu erfahrt ihr hier. The Elder Scrolls Online v6.1.6 includes some updates to the Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct that you’ll need to accept upon first logging in, with an overview of what’s changed called out below. Also included are some fixes for the Stonethorn dungeons, some item sets and general gameplay, missing translations in other languages, and more. We wanted to let you know that this should be fixed in an upcoming incremental patch. Thank you all for taking the time to report this issue.

Thanks for the questions, @Izanagi.Xiiib16_ESO; appreciate you staying constructive here. The tests will indeed always be active during the time frames provided. It's a bit too soon to say what types of results we'll be publishing once everything is finished, but we can certainly keep your questions in mind. As for your suggestions, we've passed these along to the team for consideration, though it's worth mentioning removing the faction lock isn't something we can do on the fly and not something we could do in time for the start of the tests on the 8th.

Just to update, we're currently testing a fix for this. If everything looks good, we'll plan to get this into the next incremental patch (so not the one on Tuesday the 8th, but the one after that). Thanks for your patience, everyone.

Just to follow up, if you received any extra crates after the most recent fix was implemented, you're welcome to keep and open them.

It's not in the next incremental on the 8th. We haven't implemented a fix to test yet, so it'll be at least a few weeks.

I have received 2 additional Ouroboros crates without an E-Mail today after succesfully dropping and opening 2 crates last weekend (with a confirmation E-Mail).

So I think the crates have been delivered twice.
