You should check the connection to the server. Server IP can be viewed in logs

About ping limits. We understand the struggle of legit players. That's why we can tell you that this limit is not final - it may change in good way or it could get even lower (right now its 155). Also we are adding new servers in intermediate locations and we will make so called variable region based ping locks - it can make things easier. We will keep you updated
