The response time was long at the very beginning (more than 3 years ago) and for the new year 2019-2020. This is from what I remember.

At the same time, support usually responds within 1 business day. Support e-mail - responses may take a little longer, usually 1-7 business days.

Hello. I can tell you for sure that you are wrong. The support service has been successfully working for over 3 years.

Unfortunately, there are occasional peak times, and then the response time becomes long. But these are exceptional cases.
