Quick update:
We will be changing Ograk Shaman’s Trait from Ogre’s Fury to Warded.
This is because if the Troop with Ogre’s Fury uses the same colour as the Gem that needs to be matched it causes the Trait to trigger with all Gem matches not just the intended one.
Which device are you on? 
It looks like you confirmed the action in the pop up window in the logs.
I will keep an eye out for any further reports of this, but I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue and seems like you haven’t either so you may have misclicked? (It happens to the best of us).
We’re hoping to have a fix out for this if not tomorrow, then next week. Sorry it didn’t make it into 6.7 as originally mentioned.
Re: the loading line, sounds like the game may be having trouble connecting to the Xbox store, there’s a few things you can try:

Update:
There was a bug where no matter what level you were, you would get the highest tier rewards for watching ads. This was fixed during 6.6 - unfortunately, we missed the memo here on CX so didn’t communicate it at the time, I’m sorry for that.

That’s an odd fix but glad it worked - honestly usually the first thing I suggest people do despite the IT Crowd ruining it “Have you tried turning it off and on again?” - but it’s a god tier troubleshooting step haha. I mean the connection troubleshooting was have you tried turning your router off and on again - so I was close?

We have changed this weekend to the Invasion weekend and the Christmas weekend will be the Arena weekend.
Generally we actually see an uptick in active users over Christmas, due to people having more time off to play games. But this way everyone has the option to play or not without feeling any pressure to contribute to a guild event if they celebrate Christmas.

Just confirming what Madd said, the VIP Offer is random and doesn’t have anything to do with account progress outside of VIP, so this is not a bug.
