We’ve been trying to keep Siegebreakers to a single type as you were all discussing.

Is anyone having the issue on a higher end device like a Samsung Galaxy 20 or above?
Seems like it’s one of our lower quality graphic sets on Android with the issue so far.

We’re trying to push out a fix for it - I’ll let you know when that’s done so you can confirm if it’s fixed for you all. (This may not be today - but we’re aiming for the next 72 hours)

I’ve reported this to the team and confirmed with them that lethal damage should penetrate barriers.

I will ensure the help center mentions this as well in our status effect and immunity traits article and I’ll put in a request for the in game help text for barrier to have this info too.

I understand what you’re saying - I think we all agree on the core point you’re making- but please be careful not to be offensive in your wording.

Obviously if anyone is stressed about their game during what’s important family time for them I think we can all mostly agree that’s for them to work out what their priorities are and I think we’d all agree their family would be the priority, if their guild values didn’t align on that I would probably hint at it possibly not being a good guild match for them.

Some Guilds don’t deviate from their regular schedule for Christmas because their members don’t celebrate it, they don’t have commitments on the day or they have their game time still slotted in for the day and that’s totally cool as well - to each their own!

It was just a chill request which made sense to us too so we were happy to oblige. We didn’t feel pressured or obligated to do it, it just made sense and we had the time to pivot.

Was Heronath on a Team with a summoner (other than Spiritdancer?) when she got given MVP for this reason?

Sorry that happened @CaptainBuckles this should be more or less a visual issue (other than the crashing obviously!), the rewards are given on the server before the graphics appear so you shouldn’t be missing anything. I’m happy to check your logs and let you know what you got from it if you send me your invite code.

Which device model are you playing on?
Is this the first time this has happened or has it happened more than once when opening an Orb of Chaos?

Hi everyone, if you’re experiencing this issue please let me know which device model you’re playing on.

While we are 99% sure it’s an issue with the game code - we do have art files specifically for different quality levels by default for different devices as well as it being possible that the issue is only affecting 1 or a couple of platforms (ie. so far all reports with details included have been Android) - none have been from Xbox or Playstation.

Knowing exactly which devices it’s affecting will help us solve it faster.

So even if you don’t think it’s a hardware issue we still always really need the details.
