For players who purchased the Headstart offer for Tower of Doom:

• We are currently working on sending you your 3 Forge Scrolls that you didn’t receive - we are trying to get this to you before the weekend! (I’m being conservative, hopefully it will be much before the weekend)

• We are looking into adding 2 to your scores - this I can’t promise yet as there are risks involved. In the event this is too risky, or doesn’t pass testing we will sort out an alternative reward.
  * The Headstart was actually meant to boost everyone to the start of Floor 8, not the end, which is why only a score of 14 was given. We will compensate for completing Floor 8 as that’s where you were actually boosted to.

Regarding the Boons, Luck Scrolls, Fireball and Heroism Scrolls - I have passed the feedback about missing these from previous floors onto the team for consideration. ...

I’ve asked about this too. I think I will be able to get more details about the starting score tomorrow as well.

Just confirming the fix for this issue has been released today.

Players who purchased the Heroic Booster while the issue was active (02/08/23 17:00 AEST - 03/08/23 11:30 AEST) have been sent the missing Shiny Keys, VIP Points and 50 Gems.

Update, I’ve reported the lack of Forge Scrolls and Boons when purchasing the Headstart offer.

The team will look into it tomorrow.

Regarding the forge scrolls we’ll make sure anyone who purchased the Headstart gets the expected amount for the Floors completed, as it’s not our intention to short change anyone.

The Boons might be more complicated but I will get more details tomorrow!

Looking into this now!

We’ve just released a fix for this to stop it from happening any more.

Now, that this is fixed we are looking into compensation for the affected players.

The scoring adjustments are currently being released to live, it might take a little while to finish releasing.

I’ll be keeping an eye on things here to make sure everything has gone smoothly for you folks.

Sorry just read up a bit in the thread after posting this.
The new real money purchases being taken into account for the new scoring for tier 12 was part of the problem. My understanding is that the team have been adjusting the algorithm to remove this from the calculations.

We’re working on sending out stage 1 of the compensation for this issue right now, so you should receive it within a few hours.

This one is a global mail for everyone as an apology for not being able to access the Campaign menu over the weekend.

There will be a stage 2 coming later (I will update you all again once we have started sending this one out). The 2nd part of the comp will only go to players who lost progress on their campaign tasks due to the issue.
