I'm sure that I have reported this bug in game, but it's not on the list. If reporting bugs in game is no longer supported, then why is it still in game?

It's fixed internally. Mentioned it on the forums a few weeks ago.

Good news - this is fixed, too.

Do you perhaps know about the issue with having the option ON and still hearing some small sounds when you alt tab?

For example in Rata Sum in the middle near the bank/tp area or in LA near bank/crafting spots, it's usually sounds from the crafting benches i think.

There is a special way we can play sounds to bypass this option (such as for the PvP queue pop sound), but it is used in only a handful of places. If it is being used on some random prop in Rata Sum then that's unintended so I'll take a look and see if it is referenced it places it shouldn't be. Thanks for letting me know!

Hey Everyone, From what I have read there are positive points and some points that need improvement for Stronghold. What changes would you make to stronghold and what things would you keep?

Erm, uhm, errrr uhhhh

can we humble peasantslaves get functionality to dismiss all queued levelup rewards?

It's such a pain in the ass going through them after toming a character up...

I just finished toming my 25th 80 and euuuuuuuughghghgh i don't want to sort through that crap AGAAAAIIN.

Yeah that stuff bothers me too... internally we have clearleveluprewards which is an absolute godsend. I hate clicking things :(

I'm putting in a request to look at creating something similar as a QOL change, but please don't expect it to happen immediately if it does turn out to be something the GDs want added to the game.

We do have a testing command for that specifically! I can bring it up but technically dismissing all those rewards means you don't get the items from them either, and you can't get them back. It's a very destructive command to be honest!

I can see this bring a nice QOL change but I am not sure how widely it would be used.

wipe inventory just removes everything currently in your inventory, giving you a nice clean slate. This is useful after making a fresh character and taking it to 80 via commands because you get spammed with level up rewards and become encumbered. item fabricator does just that, makes any and all items in GW2 that you wish in the quantity you specify.

We think it broke between last Tuesday 6/21 when we ran a pass on the release notes (which included a check of this functionality which passed) and Friday 6/24.

We test existing systems and content only when informed of direct changes to them. TBH inventory management on internal environments is much different than how you would use inventory on live since the wipeinventory command combined with the item fabricator is pretty boss.

I would love to listen to Your music when i am walking or exercising :)

You know, if you have the HoT music locally, you can upload it to your Google Play library and it will show up in your library just like the rest of the music in Google's library. That's one of the reasons I like Google Play over the competitors.

I know this is an old thread, but I just wanted to let everyone know that this should be fixed in today's patch. You still won't be able to use these items to get into full maps, but now they won't be destroyed when you try.

Hey !

I have a similar problem with another game since I upgraded (and I use that term lightly...) to windows 10!

What you want to do is make sure Link State Power Management is set to OFF.

  • Control Panel > System and Security > Power Options
  • Change yourself to "High Performance"
  • Click "Change Plan Settings"
  • Click "Change Advanced Power Settings"
  • Scroll down to "PCI Express" and click the +
  • Click "Link State Power Management"
  • Click the Setting and change it to OFF.

Save everything. I changed this for both Balanced and High Performance. Before I was having the problem you describe with multiple games, I am all good now.

If for some reason this does not solve your problem please head over to our website and put in a ticket for technical help.

Not gonna lie, I teared up at this. Someone must be cutting onions in my kitchen.

Look... I wish I could say I know what you're going through, but I can't even fathom it. Not even close. I'm sending my best wishes in hope that you get to play the game you love all through what I'm sure will be copious amounts of recovery time. We'll be here when you get back and are better, and we are all pulling for you in the meantime. <3
