Hey, I'm still around at ArenaNet, but I'm no longer on the WvW team. I'd been working with McKenna for a while to take over my position there. When I was transitioning off the team, the decision was made to have me gradually fade out of the WvW spotlight, rather than make a big announcement post about it.

The title for season 4 is "Indomitable Legend"

There will be a title for Season 4, but it won't be distributed until after season 4 is over (early October). There's a technical limitation that prevents us from adding the achievement once the season has started.

Have no fear - if you enter legendary this season, you'll get a title. :)

Found the bug, squished it. Special bow sfx should be working again soon.
