Yeah, if Iām signed into Xbox.com at all, Halowaypoint refuses to load. This was tested on my WiFi and on my phones 5g connection.
i would honestly try seeing if you can use a different internet source (friend's wifi or something)
it's not always but that error can be some weird ISP thing sometimes
couple more thoughts:
try xbox.com first and then halowaypoint (try after a fresh cookie/cache clear for maximum effect)
try a different internet source like your phone's hotspot.

I'm the person that made the other post linked. Whats even worse is they use my support request to try and say they had fixed the issue. Super disappointing to see this after so much positivity from Halo Infinite. u/misplacedyank u/Ske7ch343 u/Unyshek please do something about this.
