The perfidious Swedes in my last Soviet game demanded northern Norway. I told them off just like I did with reparations for accidentally bombing their town.

This resulted in Sweden joining Finland in the Continuation War against Uncle Joe, with both the Swedes and the Finns becoming Soviet puppets even before I seized Berlin.

Peace may not be in your future if you aren't careful. :)

I sympathize with you guys, but I have to be honest.

Fewer and standardized aircraft models are you friends. And I don't mean same equipment, but I am talking about mission profiles.

You can't reinforce wings with aircraft that have the different missions that are possible to perform. So, you need to decide from day 1 what missions you want specific aircraft to perform. Then you never deviate from that the entire game. If you are doing some kind of multi-role thing, you just build a single multi-role light plane that has fighter armament, CAS armament, and the option to run naval strike or port strike. If you want separate fighters and CAS (since in MP your enemies will have really good fighters and multi-roles will get trashed), then you make a pure fighter that only does air superiority and intercept, and then you make a CAS with a profile that either allows port strikes or naval strikes (bomb locks or inte... That's base support before modifiers, Tagged around a bit and there are no spying effects. Can't be silent nukes as there isn't that sort of damage being repaired.

I'm puzzled too.

Are you running all DLC and no mods? And the non-beta version of the game?

If so, toss a save and let me take a look. I recently did a whole video about messing... Read more

I read the title of this thread and said to myself "I'm sure Hitler felt the Allies had too many members, too." :)

But why is Poland a puppet if you are on historical? Did you capitulate them before they joined the Allies?

War support is not a zero sum game. Your war support does not impact enemy war support and vice versa.

I tried looking at your save, but I couldn't open it. Are you using mods? Or what version of the game are you running?

pro.gamer.69 said: math here might be totally off, since i'm not taking into account already-existing production output modifiers, but -5% stability = -2% factory output, and -25% fighter cost = +33.3% fighter construction. so 33.3 * 90 / 2 = 1498.5 days or about 4 years before the malus overcomes the bonus (for fighter production specifically). given that the lazy math probably overstates the -2% factory output it would seem that the decision is absolutely worth it.

But it’s not just the stability.

There is a one time hit to war support ... Read more

War support is still at 83% but I am concerned because it has dropped by 10% in the last two weeks.
***Casualties:***
total casualties me 838k them 15.58 million
-so if it is casualties, how are they maintaining their war support?
-I do have a -20% war support malus for casualties despite running the "Exhort Heroism" decision almost constantly.
-About 100k of my casualties came from getting nuked. I'm wondering if the nuke caused the drop. It didn't cause any drop initially. I ac...

Generals!

We have been hard at work to squash all of Arms Against Tyranny's pesky bugs, but we've also taken the liberty to do a small balance pass as well as add a small surprise feature for your MIO's, so make sure to read below for all of the info!

Spoiler: Patch Notes ################################################################

- Military Industrial Organizations now have a queue function, allowing you to pre-select which traits to unlock and in which order. As the MIO then gains points over the game, traits from the queue will automatically unlock. Nb: Policies stil... Read more

If you make a quick clean cut capitulation maybe with collaboration before and risky snakes you get almost no XP. If you go for stupid grinding, attacking into detrimental terrain, dont win a early war too fast and so on, you can grind XP.

But the flip side is why this exists in the first place.

The Devs want countries to be able to learn from less than stellar performance to catch up to or overtake winners. So, Germany gets a ton of ... Read more

KnyazSuvorov said: 3) For tank design purposes: honestly not impactful. You can get some nice bonuses, but only by mid-war (1941), and you have to decide whether they or production bonuses are more important.

To me, that kind of choice is worthwhile to have in the game. Giving the player interesting choices is a good thing as far as I'm concerned.

The fact that jets have used tungsten for some time has made them a bit lackluster since before AAT.

You can always build a synthetic rubber industry, but there is no such thing as a synthetic tungsten industry. For a long time, I've considered them a bragging rights upgrade more than a practical one in most situations. You've probably long since wiped out opposing air forces (or had yours wiped out) to a point where introducing a marginally better plane wouldn't matter.

Hello there!

I hope you are all enjoying the new expansion. we've identified two issues that need a quick fix. Rest assured, this hotfix won't impact your 1.13.2 save games!

The update will be available on the Microsoft Store at the earliest opportunity.

Bugfixes
- Support company bonuses to battalions should now properly work, even with several sources of additive and multiplicative bonuses

Bugfixes
- Fix political screen to show MIOs in MP for clients that do not possess Arms Against Tyranny
- Support divisions with multiplicative battalion modifiers will no longer be further multiplied by the number of division types of the target type in the template. Tl;dr: no mega artillery stacking with rangers now.

Sorry for dumb question, but it's first time ever I'm in the need to revert my game back so I'm a bit confused : How do I do this exactly ?
Right click the game in your steam library, press betas, then the dropdown on beta participation and selected the branch you want. The game will then update to that branch.
