Yeah, this is a new change introduced with Storm League this season. However, I do not think it was included in the patch notes. This is why I wanted to respond here and get some official confirmation that this is the intended functionality out into the world :smiley: .

Random Heroes are not ideal for a competitive mode as it can put your team at a disadvantage if you get a Hero that is sub-optimal for the map or current team compositions. This change was made to address feedback that this can be a bad experience.

Hey there Hunterxlr,

For clarity, was the Hero you were hovering banned or picked by someone else? If so, this is the intended functionality.

However, if the Hero you had hovered was available (aka not picked or banned) then this would be something I’d want to look into as that is not intended.

Hey LiterallyLOL,

Thanks for the report! This is occurring likely because the game is still downloading data from certain Blizzard services. On slower connections, leaving the client open for 10-20 minutes can allow for this data to download. Once this data is cached, it shouldn’t occur until a new update occurs.

Hey ShadowDragon,

Thanks for the report! You may know this, but you can no longer watch old versions of replays with others, it has to be the current version.

  • Is it the same replay causing the issue for all players?
  • What Version is displayed on the Match Details for the replay?
  • Are you actually able to click the “Watch With Others” button, or is it greyed out from the start?

Hey Theta,

Thanks for the report! I also cannot seem to reproduce this issue… The Bombs show up correctly on the lowest graphics settings. What graphics settings are you using?

Possibly a display issue or a missing asset. Scan & repair or re-install might fix it.

Hey BigBlueBeast,

Thanks for the report! I believe that this talent is referring to max stacks on the talent ‘Hellfire’ itself rather than on Black Soulstone. While you are at 15 spell power stacks, the aura appears.

Hey Dreyeth,

This was updated in a recent patch. Clearing leaver status now requires you to Win Quick Match or Brawl games without disconnecting.

Hey Rayz,

Thanks for the report! The collection should be the same for all regions/accounts. It sounds like it may be a caching issue. Deleting your cache will force you to re-download the data and may resolve this issue. Deleting the Battle.net Cache Folder

Thanks for the reports!

This appears to be a purely visual issue. You should still be able to use your respective earned warbanner in the loadout. A dialog box will pop up telling you the collection has been updated if you attempt to purchase the owned banner and the collection will update until relog.

We’re looking to get this issue fixed as soon as we can.

Hello again everyone!

Thanks for sending in those logs!

We identified a loading icon issue in the initial purchase window and released a hotfix on 8/14 in the Heroes 47.1 patch.

This fix uncovered a new issue where the purchasing window fails to load. We are currently testing a potential fix for this issue and hope to release it as soon as we can.
