Hey Trev!

When you say go dark, what exactly do you mean.

  1. They are not greying out, like they usually do when you cannot cast or are out of mana, or
  2. They are not getting any sort of change after you cast it apart from numbers appearing on top of the button art.

Hey there Adrian!

So, those blue sparkles are most likely the impact visual effect from Tracer’s auto-attack. Why that is stuck on you and breaking stealth is a mystery. I have a couple theories though!

If you could do me a favor and find that replay, and send it in to me using the Bug Attachment Guidelines I can dig in to this and try to figure out what happened.

Are you trying to queue up for Storm League? If so, please see my post here on this post regarding queue times. Additionally, by qualifiers do you mean the Placement matches for Storm League?

If you are referring to Quickmatch or any other game mode please let me know which mode you are having this problem in!

Hey everyone!

First, I want to thank everyone for their patience while we investigated this issue. We have identified a potential cause for this and are looking to implement a fix with the new season and ranked updates.

We believe this issue resulted in affected players’ MMR and Season Ranks greatly diverging, which was causing the match maker to have trouble finding games for those players. While this was most often seen in players who were leaving large amount of games, it was also possible to affect players who were playing the game normally. With the ranked changes that will better map MMR to Season Rank, this issue should be resolved.

After the new Ranked Season begins, if you are still seeing this problem, please let me know so we can investigate further!

  1. Navigate to the Heroes of the Storm\Support\BlizzardBrowser\logs folder on your machine.
  2. Grab a couple of the log files from the past few times you logged on and saw this issue.

Hey MickeyGlocks!

This is actually intended. Mecha Valla and Mecha Yrel are empty mechs in the Collection and Hero Select screens. If you ready up with them however, you will see their little pilots hop on in and get ready for combat.

I’d love to get some additional help in trouble shooting this issue!

@Vorphea - Would you mind seeing if switching display modes between Windowed, Windowed (Fullscreen), or Fullscreen causes any change in what you are seeing? Additionally, are there any other in-game browser that are not displaying properly. You can test this by going to the Ranked tab under Play and clicking on the Leaderboards.

Thanks for the report! Chromie has not been on sale since last year. It should not have been possible to buy her for 350 Gems at this time. Please check your transaction history on the Blizzard Account Management website. It can take some time for newer transactions to appear on the transaction site; your gems may have been or may be in the process of being refunded. If you continue to have issues, please put in a ticket with our Support team.

Thanks for the report! Unfortunately the truly “Golden” Abathur skin was not intended for release at this time and was unintentionally available for purchase on live regions during last week’s PTR. The “Red & Golden” Abathur skin was the intended release skin. Any players who bought the “Golden” Abathur skin on live during 6/10/19 - 6/17/19 will have had their skin updated to the “Red & Golden” Abathur skin after patching up to Heroes.46.

For this specific skin, “Galactic Xenotech Abathur”, we are offering refunds for the skin if you purchased it during the above dates. Please submit a ticket with Support in the following location if you would like to request a refund:
