I’m sorry this is how it feels for you. While it is technically possible for this to be true, it becomes more and more improbable to hold true as you continue to test. If you truly believe that this is happening, I recommend getting 100 items that are ready to be crafted at 80% success rate. Do them all in a row and record (video) all attempts in a row. Once you’ve done that, check the actual success rate you experienced. If it’s still 100% failure rate or even more than 40% failure rate, I’ll check into it again.

Until then, I have quite literally run billions of tests on this. It’s really accurate. If you don’t believe me, please bring me some data with evidence.

Could you show where the entrance to this area is? This should be easy to block off, but it’s difficult to do so without knowing exactly how you got there.

Sorry about this! I haven’t been able to reproduce this issue yet but we’ll look into it.

@deadnegator I can’t view that video-- perhaps you copied the code for embedding the video, rather than the general link for sharing? “embed” codes are designed for when you’re creating your own website; the forum will automatically embed things if they’re supported.

Could you attach your filter files so we can look into this easier? When adding a new filter there is an option that will open the location all your filters are saved to, then you can just attach them to your reply here.

Just to confirm - you do indeed own the $35 Ardent Gladiator supporter pack. Unfortunately, at present we’re not able to offer upgrades. We hope to make them available again early next year, however I don’t have an ETA to share regarding this right now.

I'm sincerely very sorry about this. Our Game Director, /u/moxjet200, saw this and has added potential solutions to this as a new topic for a future meeting. Due to the current time of year, we're unlikely to have a chance to discuss this until sometime in January - however please rest assured that the issue is on our radar and we'll be looking at changes we can make to prevent it in future.

The threshold had been 1 day for new users, and 7 for others.

I don’t see a strong argument to change the former - particularly with how quickly one ceases to be considered a new user. For the latter I can appreciate that the new limit may have been unduly harsh - however previously there was no limit at all, and imposing one was very much intentional. I’ll change it to 2 months, which is an approximation of the upper bounds of what I am comfortable with. I’m open to further discussion on the subject for sure. I don’t think it’s healthy for there to be no limit at all, and I’d be strongly opposed to returning to that.
