Read moreThis is working as intended, as I mentioned here: Shield throw and idols bug
I’ve checked on these issues internally.
Shield Throw does not count as a hit when targeting or ricocheting off of allies. In general, on hit effects cannot be proc’d by allies. That means the Smite Idol stat is also working as intended.
I recognize that this isn’t immediately clear, but that’s the way we intended this to work. Currently we prefer to specify if hitting allies will trigger an effect, rather than explicitly stating an effect only counts for enemies.
Hey,
If your questions are being prompted by our in-game ladder, the one on our website does show which skills people are using.
You can filter by base class. While there isn't a specific way to filter by mastery class, searching by its name is mostly reliable.
This node’s effects are working correctly. The player doesn’t count as a valid target for Aegis, however, so you won’t see any effects in your character sheet.
I believe Aegis is working as intended and the tooltip should just be clarified, but I’ll confirm that internally.
Thanks for your patience! We’ve been investigating this.
Could you please upload a DxDiag to help us look into this further?
This node is actually increasing the cooldown of Forgebreath, and that is its intended functionality. I’ll update the tooltip for 0.7.7. Thanks for the report!
Thanks, the node was accidentally programmed to grant all protections. This has been fixed for 0.7.7.
I assure you that we do care - unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help in this case.
The current location of save data is using the game engine’s default settings. We do want to either add support for Steam Cloud integration or develop an equivalent solution which would also help people using our standalone client to improve the resiliency of locally stored save data; unfortunately that’s just work we haven’t gotten around to doing just yet.
As this discussion is turning hostile, there is nothing we can do to assist you with this, and the question of whether this is a bug has been answered I am going to close the thread.
Hey @AAAAAvine,
I know it’s not a satisfying answer, but unfortunately I don’t have any news about localization to share just yet. It’s something we’re looking into, but that’s all I can say right now.
Also, @Llama8 is right on the money regarding my concerns about community-provided translations. That said, we do sincerely appreciate the kind offers we have received.
It's early access, and you can definitely feel that sometimes but overall its a very good Early access game. There's a lot of good here, and it's only going to get better I hope.
Only thing I really want is a new run animation
We recently hired an Animations lead. :)
Unfortunately you’re likely running out of video memory, rather than system memory. This means you would need to upgrade your graphics card. A 4GB RX 580 or 6GB GTX 1660 should be enough, in terms of currently available graphics cards, though a higher-tier card will be some amount better of course.
It may be playable at Very Low, but I can’t recommend it. Glad to hear it runs well at home!
Thanks, this has been corrected for our next patch.
The node is supposed to add a cooldown but the tooltip doesn’t say so-- this will be fixed in 0.7.7.
The Dark Orb is working just fine for me, I see it come to me and I gain health and mana. If you’re sure it’s not working, please post a screenshot of your Hammer Throw skill tree. Thanks!
Sorry about this! Unfortunately there’s not much I can do without more information-- namely a log file. Please post one if you encounter this issue in the future. Thanks!
This has been fixed for 0.7.7. Thanks for the report!
The default keybind for toggling the UI on or off is the “delete” key. I’m not sure what the keybind you mentioned is, I don’t recognize the MAJ or SUPPR abbreviations (though I appreciate it may be a language difference).
I wasn’t aware of the bug causing Smite to not apply ailments, but that’s what’s responsible here. Ignite, Shock, and Future Strikes are all ailments.
I’ve made a note of this internally. Thanks for the report!
In my experience the bug only happens when the shop rotates out its items. The search isn’t automatically refreshed when the shop re-opens. It probably makes sense to just clear the search bar when the window closes, like is done with the skills window.
