To me, you mentioned here earlier is "it's big assumption when the year hasn't even ended" when i wrote that Riot is just increasing the number of new champions from 3 in 2018 to 4 on 2019.
The above is not my saying. Like i mentioned some people are coating that Spideraxe or someone who has close ties to Riot said that 3 more new champs this year.And now with this statement of yours i believe it's true then. The increment is really just 1 whereas in Champion roadmap earlier this year, it's written that the focus would be new champions this year.
It's disappointing that it's just plus 1. Never gonna belive another article or whatever from Riot now.
