So we progress the missions we got already by watching LCK or just general drop rewards for watching?
So we progress the missions we got already by watching LCK or just general drop rewards for watching?
There will be some new missions rolling out over the next few weeks (the date varies a bit depending on region). Watching any pro game on watch.lolesports.com will progress those weekly missions.
Pls they have to also include it on the mobile. Laying in bed and watching LCs is like seeing god xd
You can earn rewards for watching on mobile, either on watch.lolesports.com or in the League Friends App. Just be sure to log in!

While our rewards missions are not yet live in all regions (like KR) - watching LCK games or other global matches will still grant rewards in live regions.
The picture of the missions on the site says 'any global league' so I imagine it works for LAN people watching NA, or NA watching EU, etc.
Although it may only work for watching the regions listed in the article which are Brazil, Turkey, Latin Amer, EU, NA, Oceania, and Japan. This would mean no rewards for watching Korea or China which is real upsetting since i watch mostly NA and Korea.
While we do not have missions support in all leagues yet (which is what that part of the article is referring to), any pro level games on watch.lolesports.com like NA and KR can be used to earn rewards if you have the missions.
Not saying he won't be more than decent, he can't fail. Perkz has proven he has the attitude and determination to get what he wants and he always wants it all.
I am just stating that putting him top 3 ADCs before the most marginal of LEC-stage proof of quality is disrespectful to others that have been at the top of the game for 4+ splits.
Tbh, I can totally understand the outrage if the ranking was about ranking ADC's by how good they are right now. This is a forward looking ranking though and a lot of people seem to believe that Perkz will be able to learn and adapt quickly enough to end up as a Top 3 Spring ADC. One decent way of measuring if this perception is off, will be to look at the All Pro Team at the end of the Regular Season and see if Perkz makes the Top 3 (or is very close to it).
First we have a champion that copies the looks of another, now a champion that copies the ultimate of another champion...
What's next? A champion that copies another rune page?
Fun fact: Sylas and Neeko were in production at similar times. Temp visuals for Sylas stealing an ult would change his appearance to that champion. We had many playtests with both Sylas and Neeko in the same game. Those games were a bit confusing to say the least
I'd love to do this if it would stop giving me unexpected errors every time I'm trying to vote for top lane, but oh well.
First time hearing if this problem. Really sorry to hear that and hope you still made it through the vote.
Read moreThere's lots of merit in keeping it simple and accessible and I agree that should factor in an auto top 3 format of which I think should be kept. However I think that this specific one was missed the mark for the expert's pick for AD carry and I suppose Support too.
Whilst Perkz is a well known player, putting him in the top 3 for a performance based poll for a role he's never played competitively in ahead of the voted best AD carry for Summer 2018 in Upset and an AD carry who showed up in group stages last year as well as being a really consistent player for both splits in Attila seems odd. On top of this it has affected the agency of some fan's ability to put across their opinions through the poll. Whilst some fans might think that Perkz can be a top 3 performer this split, there are some fans who think G2 might perform poorly this split because of the move. Whilst fans can also think likewise of say S04 for keeping Upset, I am certain you would have lots more Perkz excl...
I can't speak to the reasons the individual experts had to make this choice, but personally I think the fact that this is a prediction of the future and not an assessment of current strength probably had the largest impact on Perkz here. There is a trust that he is one of the most gifted players world wide (especially after Worlds 2018) and that this is enough to make him adapt quickly and perform well within weeks.
A note on the expert picks:
We wanted to strike a balance of keeping it simple and accessible for people who might not know all the players (in a first iteration we thought about including all subs, which would have made this really messy without any pre-selection), but still give everyone the option to get their favorites in no matter what. This is the first time we are doing this and we are not necessarily committed to this exact format going forward. One thing we had in mind was to have two polls, one for fans and one for analysts/players/coaches.
Any feedback is appreciated and we'll look to adjust based on internal and external input in the future.
