That isn't part of these hotfixes, but is still in-progress. You should get the bundle contents early this week.

In draft or sealed your sideboard is all the cards from your pool that aren’t in your deck. You don’t need to add cards to it explicitly

Yes, we’re aware and actively going through the data to fix issues like this. We fixed up several cases on Friday, and will be fixing all of them soon. You should get your missing pre-order items early next week. This will likely happen silently (no award presentation), but we will get everyone fixed.

Thanks for posting this! We’re seeing the same results in our tests and from looking at the data. The right things are happening, just not visibly, unfortunately.

Also, the “new” tags on cards are broken right now; that’s why the card didn’t show. It’s on our “fix quickly” list.

Glad you’re fixed! If you got the cards, you should have the entry back; they were done in the same action. Unfortunately there’s nothing that notifies you, your gem balance is just 1500 higher.

All reimbursements were in gems, whatever the entry currency. This type of award just happens silently, unfortunately, so it’s easy to not notice.

If you never start the actual draft selection, your 10K gold will will be returned to you when the event ends.

Though in this case that won't be until just before the next releases in July.

Update: We believe that we have gotten all players in this state "unstuck". As part of this we needed to kick their accounts from the draft, so we are returning both the entry fee and the cards that they drafted. There are a small number of players where we need more investigation to be able to reimburse them properly; this investigation is ongoing.

Again, we apologize for this bug, and for how long it took to address. Many of us have been working almost continuously since launch to address it, because we know how frustrating this is.

It wasn't known when we shipped, and we fixed the issue that could cause it around 11:30 last night. We're working to get the players stuck in this state freed up and reimbursed.

We've been investigating this. Looks like this is a visual-only issue that kicks in once you have all of your quests complete. Though you can't see it, you will still be getting progress for daily & weekly wins, etc. We're actively working on a fix for this.
