Developer Notes: We've received a lot of feedback regarding the new event structure, and one of the things we wanted to change was players feeling "burnt out" by the amount of time it took to receive all of the prizes. We want players to feel challenged by these events and rewarded for completing them, but not at the cost of fun. Certainly some people will find the deck annoying, but we like that it makes the event more accessible for people starting off in it without disrupting the format.

Hi BobChops, do you recall whether you pressed the Cancel button when prompted to choose which half of Discovery // Dispersal to cast?
If so, the good news is that we are aware of the issue and are working on a fix; split cards present a challenge to the God-Eternal Kefnet reveal sequence, notably when pressing Cancel to go back one step.
Playing "broken" decks to beat "broken" decks is literally describing meta shift. Yes, that's how things work. That's how things work in every game. One thing is good, so people start playing something to counter it.
If ya'll complain about net decking one more time, I'm taking away internet points. Odds are the decks you're complaining about people net decking are just people logically putting cards together. If card a+card b= wombo combo, then yeah, people are going to put it together. Probably even without googling it!
I'm not going to take this post down because I think your opinions are valid, however, I am going to close it. The 16 invitees are also accomplished Magic players and have proven themselves time and time again. You not knowing anything about Nessa or Amazonian doesn't mean you get to put them down for being invited.
