I see your pings but I don’t have any new information to share. When we have an update on this, we’ll post it on the Official News section. I’d definitely recommend subscribing to that section by pressing the little bell in that section so you don’t miss any of our announcements.
Current player population is one of many metrics we look at to determine worlds that should/should not be merged. Though impactful, and definitely something we keep a close eye on, it is not the only metric.
In general we agree with the sentiment that its too difficult to win wars as an attacker. And while we want to give some advantage to defenders to reward them for the investment in their territories, its currently too much and negatively impacting territory politics and making it very difficult to usurp some established companies.
We are testing some smaller balance changes internally which we hope give attackers more of a chance, but we want to be careful not to swing the pendulum too far the other way, so we are taking a bit more time to test and iterate on these changes. Longer term we love the idea of having more people involved in the outcome of war, even if they aren’t directly participating in the war, but that isn’t something we will be focusing on for a while.

At this time, we do not have plans for additional server merges. That being said, we are always looking at the status of worlds and will merge as needed. In the future when we identify a merge is required, we will of course let our players know so that you all can plan appropriately.
Everyone who was eligible should have received a transfer token. If not, I would recommend you reach out to our Support team through their website.
Thanks for feedback on OPR scoring. We agree there is room for improvement on this front. For our next release we are making some changes that have already been tested in the February PTR:
And there is more to come in the future. The biggest change we will be making is to reward points for capturing points in OPR. We’re working on this internally atm and will let you know when its ready for PTR testing.
I’m sorry but as some of the people mentioned above, we aren’t able to provide additional transfer tokens from the ones that have already been provided. Should that change in the future, you’ll find information in the Official News section but at this time, we don’t have plans to give more.

We absolutely love seeing our players’ thoughts and feelings for the mechanics we implement in game and, as you can see from our Gypsum and tuning orb changes, we do hear your feedback so please keep submitting them!

We are still finalizing the format, level of detail, and duration we are going to share, so give us some time. But we plan on sharing a roadmap when its ready.

Note that world statuses that were set by our system and not manually adjusted ahead of the token rollout (e.g. those mentioned above), may change in the future, but will not be accompanied by an announcement.
From what I understand, all eligible players should have received this token. You may be able to ask Customer Service for a token since they handle all account/character-specific issues/concerns but I’m unsure if they’ll be able to provide one to you.
If your friend has submitted an “Appeal a Ban” ticket, our Game Moderation team will review it. However, the forums are not a place for players to appeal bans, nor can we publicly disclose any information for this case.
I will be closing this thread since we don’t allow ban appeals here but I will reach out to the team to review the request.
